Signory

Pricing

One price. Everything in it.
Nobody watching your recipients.

$3 per person per month, billed monthly. No annual lock-in, no seat minimum, no “contact sales.” The rest of this market sells you a tracking dashboard built on watching the people your team emails. We don’t — and we never will.

That’s the whole bill. No annual contract to sign, no seat minimum, no setup fee, no “analytics tier” to unlock later. Cancel any month and it stops.

Everything in it

One price covers the whole product.

No per-feature add-ons. No analytics tier. No “that’s Enterprise.” The entire feature set ships at $3 — because we have nothing to upsell you.

How we keep it honest

We never track your recipients

No tracking pixels. No click-redirects. No engagement dashboard built on watching the people your team emails. Most of this market sells exactly that as the premium feature — we refuse to build it. Your banners use a plain link, full stop.

Billed monthly, cancel anytime

No annual contract paid a year upfront, no auto-renew trap. The rest of the market makes you commit to twelve months before you start. If Signory stops earning the fee, you stop paying it.

One published price

$3 per person per month — the same number for a 12-person firm and a 500-seat company. No discovery call, no seat minimum, no $350/mo floor, no wondering what the last customer paid. This page is the price.

Everything is included

There is no analytics tier to unlock, no “Enterprise” gate, no per-feature add-on. Every layout, the banners, the contact QR, brand-lock — all of it ships at one price. We have nothing to upsell because we don't sell surveillance.

The market, honestly

Most of this market locks you in for a year and sells your recipients’ clicks.

Market scan, June 2026 — vendor pricing pages + community reports. Figures are entry points and move with volume and billing term; they make you ask, we don’t.

Fair questions.

The billing questions IT teams and owners actually ask — answered plainly, the way the rest of the page is.

Is $3 really the whole price?

Yes. The calculator above is the billing engine, not an estimate. Seats × $3, billed monthly. There is no second invoice for analytics, no setup fee, and no Enterprise tier hiding the real number.

Do I have to sign an annual contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Most competitors bill a full year upfront before you can start — we don't. And your 90-day pilot runs free first, so you prove it with your real team before a dollar changes hands.

Why is there no free tier?

Because the 90-day pilot is the free runway — the most generous in this market, where everyone else gives 7 to 14 days. Run Signory free with your whole team for three months; if it earns its place, you start paying then.

You're pricier per seat than some others. Why?

On paper, yes — the cheap seats are annual lock-ins that gate analytics behind a higher tier and monetize tracking your recipients. Signory is month-to-month, everything-included, and surveillance-free. You're paying for central brand control and a clean conscience, not a tracking dashboard you didn't ask for.

What do you mean you 'never track recipients'?

Signature banners and links carry a plain href — no pixel, no redirect, no logging of who opened or clicked. Signory builds the signature; it never sits in your mail flow and never watches the people on the other end. That promise is architectural, not a setting.

How is a 'person' counted?

One active member with a saved signature, one line, $3. No per-signature multiplier (some vendors bill your reply signature separately), no charge for admins who only manage the template.

Prove it free for 90 days.

Run Signory with your real team for three months. If it doesn’t earn its $3, walk away — no card, no contract, nothing to cancel.
